Suitable for straight edge sealing of solid wood panels, fiber boards, particleboard and other board work pieces. The edge sealing material can be solid wood strips PVC, Melamine, thin wood veneer, etc.

*Paired with an exquisite thermometer, it is temperature sensitive and provides real-time accurate heating temperature. Over voltage and under voltage circuit protection effectively protects electronic components of equipment and reminds customers to provide stable working power supply.
*The edge banding machine has high precision and efficiency. *The head alignment device moves through precise linear guides and adopts structures such as automatic tracking of the model and fast cutting of high-frequency and high-speed motors to ensure a smooth and flat cutting surface.
*The finishing device is used to remove excess edge banding material from the upper and lower parts of the processed board edge banding. It adopts a structure such as automatic tracking by a mold and a high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed board.
*Can be equipped with a dual glue pot pressing system to quickly switch between light and dark colors of glue, reducing the visibility of the glue line.

3.Pre milling device

Using diamond double pre milling cutters to further modify the ripple marks, burrs and edges caused by the sawing process of the cutting board, in order to achieve better edge sealing effect.

4.Lower glue pot, apply glue and press

The glue coating device heats the hot melt through a glue pot and uses a spiral structure to evenly apply glue, ensuring a strong adhesive force.

5.Single guide rail flush

Qitou adopts a single guide rail to cut the excess edge strips at both ends of the board.

6.Rough repair device

In order to prevent the breakage of veneer during sealing, it can also be used as the first leveling process for PVC and acrylic edge sealing, reducing the cutting force and wear of precision cutting tools.

7.Manual refinement

High speed oblique cutting motor, adjustable operation is more convenient,alloy disc ensures smooth and even trimming, and guide rail structure makes trimming more precise and stable.

8.Copy tracking

The contour tracking and rounding device can make the end face of the board smoother and more beautiful.

9.Edge scraping device

Used to eliminate ripple marks caused by non-linear cutting processes during edge trimming, making the upper and lower

parts of the edge material smoother and neater. The guide rail structure ensures more precise and stable edge scraping.

10.Soft scraping device

After scraping the edges of the board, it can be flattened and trimmed again for better results.

11.Polishing device

Using a polishing device to make the edge sealing section smoother and achieve better results.
