HIGH-END FULL AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING MACHINE


It is applicable for straight edge banding on workpiece panels such as solid wood boards, fiberboards and particle boards. Edge banding materials can be solid wood strips, PVC, melamine, thin wood veneer, etc.

★ Equipped with a high-precision thermometer with sensitive temperature sensing, which delivers accurate real-time heating temperature readings.

Overvoltage and undervoltage circuit protection safeguards the machine’s electronic components and reminds users to supply a stable working power source.

★ This edge banding machine delivers high-precision and high-efficiency processing results.

★ The end trimming unit moves along precision linear guide rails. Adopting profile automatic tracking plus high-frequency high-speed motor rapid cutting structure, it ensures a flat and smooth cut surface.

★ The fine trimming unit removes excess edge banding material on the top and bottom of processed panels. With profile automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor configuration, it guarantees flat and smooth top & bottom edges of the trimmed workpiece.

★ Optional dual-glue-pot pressing system supports quick switching between dark and light colored adhesives to minimize visible glue lines.

Product Component Introduction

1. Encoder
It controls all movements of the whole machine, featuring sensitive response and low failure rate.
2. Intelligent Control
Equipped with standard PLC microcomputer control based on timing control principle, which greatly improves the stability and safety of the equipment.
3. Pre-Milling Device
Dual milling cutters are adopted to trim scratches, burrs and non-vertical cutting edges of panels for superior edge banding performance.
4. Gluing & Pressing
The gluing unit heats hot melt adhesive via the glue pot. Its spiral feeding structure ensures even glue application and firm bonding strength.
5. Front & Rear End Trimming
This end trimming unit adopts a single linear guide rail to cut off excess edge banding tape on both ends of the panel.
6. Flat Knife Rough Trimming
Equipped with flat rough trimming cutter, it avoids veneer cracking during thin wood veneer edge banding. It also serves as the first trimming procedure for PVC and acrylic edge banding, lowering the cutting load and wear of the fine trimming cutter.
7. Pneumatic Fine Trimming Unit
Equipped with high-speed oblique cutting motor, no adjustment needed for simpler operation. Alloy cutter disc ensures flat and smooth trimming finish.
8. Profile Copy Tracking Unit
It eliminates wavy marks generated during non-linear trimming cutting, making the upper and lower edges of edge banding material smoother and neater.
9. Edge Scraping Unit
It removes ripple traces caused by non-linear trimming cutting, so that the top and bottom of the edge strip become smoother and cleaner.

10. Cleaning Unit
It removes excess adhesive residue left on panels after edge banding.
11. Dual Polishing Unit
Polishing treatment smooths the edge banding cross-section and delivers superior finishing effect.
